Last time I was there, some nurse practitioner-\-\hired temporarily because the PA was at a conference-\-\broke HIPAA laws repeatedly in front of me. She named patients-\-\first and last names-\-\in the WAITING ROOM and proceeded to talk, in front of all the other patients in the waiting room-\-\about their diagnoses and what she was prescribing. Apparently they are permanently closed. The building has been torn down. I called the phone number, and there was a message to leave your info if you want your records mailed to you, but the box was full. Couldn't leave a message.
Started going to this office last Spring. Everything was great at first. I went to get medication - Concerta to be exact. The doctor told me I would have to come every single month, as it is illegal to write a controlled substance prescription for more than 1 month at a time. So I would have to pay a $25 copay monthly. I felt discriminated ! I had came in with an allergic reaction to eyedrops my prenatal dr gave me im 3 months pregnant . I was called to go back and my fiance went to follow as always to go back with me our nurse pushed him out the door and told him that since were not married he cant come back never have I ever heard of this and I told her that he has my permission he is my emergency contact she than again reminded me im not married after I was sent to my room and she checked my vitals and left I was so bothered that she ha... read more
