Fast and friendly. Very happy with the service. I drove an hour just to have them work on my car.
I deal with many service shops in the Knoxville area and surrounding areas , but Halls Service Center is my shop because in my opinion they are the best.
Over filled oil,did things without notifying me first. I changed my oil when I got home they had over filled by a quart.
You can't get better service period! Just drop your car off and they will take you where you need to go and when your vehicle is ready ...they pick you up. Service done right .
I finally found a good place to take my car when it's not feeling well… LOL very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I'll be back !!!
This is the only place I will EVER take any of my vehicles again so nice professional honest Courteous and they got the job done for half od what Lance Cunningham quoted me which was 1800.00 just to fix my air conditioner! These guys know what they're doing and I'm going to tell everyone I can how great this place!
