Superior mechanics and customer service. Had a part fail, which, they had installed in Oct 15. Took my vehicle back to them, this month, and did not mention they had installed the previous part since the 1 year warranty had already expired. Prepared myself for the cost. Andy (customer service) researched on his own initiative and replaced the part apologizing for the part failure at no cost to me! WOW....I was taken back by their model business! The story has way more outstanding examples of my treatment than this post allow... read more
