Nice dealership, a few people are helpful. My experience was rather sub par. The sale was rushed and unprofessional. The sale could have been handled better for sure. Never asked to run credit and didn’t know much about the vehicle in the sale. Would not say the place is terrible but was not customer centric.
The service department is top notch. I highly recommend them to fix any brand of car. I will continue to take our cars there. Thank you!!! we also have bought 2 cars from Travis and one of them was a first time buy for our 18 yr old. it was a great first time buy experience.
Very caring and efficient. Let me know all the steps they hsd to take. Travis was very polite and professional. Rich was great in finance and got the sale done quickly.
Honestly one of the best dealerships I went to. Everyone was super helpful, even when I ran into trouble with the insurance company and they were trying to help as much as they could. Josh, Marla, and a few people I don’t know the names of and whose names escapes me were really helpful in the whole process. So thank you!
I had such an amazing time at this dealership. Travis was absolutely amazing and if it wasn’t for their willingness to negotiate and come to an agreement with me I absolutely would not have bought a car. They really proved through this process that their biggest concern is the customer and making sure that we walk away happy.
