Came from out of state to buy our new car from Jim Ellis Kia. They had the car I wanted. Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. I just leased a 2023 Kia K5 at Thomas Kia. I highly recommend Janelle who provided excellent service. Janelle was never pushy but was very honest and forthright throughout the entire process. She took time to make sure all our questions were answered and provided a complete review of the K5’s options.
