I had a great experience with salesman Nate he was very helpful and professional thanks Nate
my son who is 17 worked there and the service staff grown men, called him disabled and when he told them he had a disabled sister they continued to make fun of him , they also called him a sissy for coming to work with a hernia . I will never recommend this place to anyone because of their staff makes fun of disabled people.

Had my car detailed at Halleen Kia in Sandusky. The detailer did an amazing job on my Optima. My car was so clean inside and out! Easy to make arrangements to get an appointment. My car looked and smelled so new like the day I bought it. I would recommend this dealership for service and of course buying a Kia vehicle.
Will never buy anywhere else! these guys are awesome, service is unbelievable! I've had several other brands of vehicles in the past, none with this quality! They've accommodated me without even having to ask, bringing rentals to me for a tire change and back! Not being weird about rental cars ect! Great place to do business with!!
