The experience was really refreshing compared to other car buying experiences. Noah was terrific. We had a little issue that occured to a part after we purchased the car and Noah and the service department stepped up to get it corrected.

Terrible customer service! Left messages to make an appointment for days; no return call. Once you get an appointment and bring the car in they send a text that reads “you can text this # anytime” I was told it would take about 5 hours. I text them after 7 to see if they were close to being done. No reply. An hour before they closed I called 7 times, sent to voice mail EVERY time. So I just went to get my car. Yep, it was ready, how long I have no idea. This was the same treatment I received with the 3 visits it actually too... read more
We love our Kia, and the warranty can’t be beat. The service department did a great job on my car today, in good time. I appreciated RJ showing me the prices of the next few recommended services so I could decide when to do them all at once or spread them out so I knew what to expect in the future. I’ve always been treated well and courteously.
