I recently purchased a brand new Kia Sorento at Phil Smith Kia. I’d like to commend Devin and his entire team for their professionalism and excellent service. Especially, Preston my sales associate. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Overall, a wonderful car buying experience.

NEVER DEAL WITH THESE CROOKS! I thought getting tires and one wheel would be easy, it took them from Thursday till Monday afternoon to tell me they did not have the wheel and wanted to charge me 600.00 for one wheel! They said a used one was not available. NO ONE WOULD CALL ME BACK. It took 15 phone calls 11 messages and a call to the GM to get a straight answer. I had my car towed from them.
