I just want to brag on this dealership. Back in September 2020 I bought a Ford Explorer from this dealership and it gave me multiple transmission issues in the few months. We put this vehicle in the shop and it kept happening. I called this dealership and dealt with the sales manager Perry and salesman Morgan, both were great! They took care of me and got me into another vehicle. I strongly recommend this dealership and can say they truly care about their customers. They have now gained a customer for life ☺️
Did not have a good experience with BHK, due to the fact that they went through my whole car telling I needed a NEW Engine . Telling me that the fluids in my car had never been changed, I recently got a new transmission in my car in which all the fluids needed to be drained in order to get the transmission out. The proceeds to tell me that my engine was about to blow up. I just purchased an '18 Sportage with very low mileage. It was actually my second choice of makes as I preferred a Hyundai Tucson. However this SUV has grown on me and I'm glad I bought it. The only disappointment is that the internet ad stated it had Android Auto but it does not. My salesman, Luke, was pleasant and easy to work with. This is my second purchase at this dealership and I was also happy with the other low mileage Forte I bought in '17.
