Twice they’ve tried to be slick. I purchased a 2006 Sorento back in 2007. Had to fight to get them to honor the online advertised price because they claimed it was incorrect and too low. This is a fairly long review so please bear with me. I purchased a new vehicle from Fiesta Kia on 10/22/22. On 10/23/22 I emailed the finance manager Marcos for documents that included the purchase price of my vehicle and my loan information as they weren’t emailed to me, and I got no response. Took them 3 months to change my engine. When i got the engine back the heater hoses weren't connected properly so lost all my coolent, the o2 sensor wasn't plugged in properly so engine light came on, and the starter was not hooked up properly so it stopped working a month later. Had to dismantle most of the engine to get to the starter in the middle of winter to fix their mistake. P.s. I was driving when I lost all my coolant and had to get a tow truck which they refused to refund.
