They are to pushy of you don’t go with there service for oil changes they have a fit. Also salesmen will promise you anything to make a sale and then renege after you sign the dotted line. I only go there because I live in North Olmsted,
At Halleen Kia in N. Olmsted everyone makes you feel comfortable, like family. Not pushy, they let you decide what you want, not what they think you need. We worked with Charles, he remembered us from our last visit 3 years ago. Don't think we will go anywhere else for a car.
