The service center takes care of their customers and they are amazingly nice and welcoming
Car took much longer than they said. Also quoted me $1500 for back brakes. Drove to my regular mechanic and paid less than $300
My first service was great. The service personnel were very courteous and explained everything. I had my first Kia from Halleen for 10 yrs and just got my new one earlier this year.
The salesman Jim had originally sold me my previous car so when I went back to Kia I was very happy to see Jim again. He was so kind and genuine. He remembered specific things we talked about last time. He went out of his way to get me the deal I wanted and felt I deserved. The process for my current car has all I wanted and I am so happy with it. I would recommend Kia and especially Jim S. At Halleen Kia!!
