Quick and efficient. Made my appt for oil change n tire rotation. Friendly staff and took about 1 hour.
Stated that I was not looking to buy as soon as I walked in. Took a Rio for a test drive. Salesman ran my credit report anyway and made an offer I never asked for. When I declined, he was rude and asked me why I even came in. If you listened the first time, you would know. Would not let me leave. He went and got the manager and they both ganged up on me to pressure me to buy the car. I ended up walking out.
