Jimmy in service was very friendly. He told me upfront what my oil change price would be and what service will be performed.
My Kia is grabage. Brand new 2019 Kia Forte. Leased 11/24/18. Broke down on the highway on 12/13/18. Almost got hit by a semi because of it. Still in the shop getting fixed. Needs a new transmission. Really pissed off. Terrible car and service. Never will lease or buy a car from this company ever again.
Very Efficient in every way. Very curtious.

Had my car towed here, talked to a female and told them it was coming. Roadside assistance said to tow it there. Lady was rude and was like I don’t know why it would be towed here. When I called later to see status(it was Saturday) they said we have no idea if your car is here and won’t know until Monday. I spoke to the manager Mike and all he kept saying was you should of called, I was like I did, and I told him about the conversation I had with the rude lady. I received a postcard to bring my sportage in for a product update. Met with Greg in the service department. The service was quick. I appreciate the phone call from Greg (a few days later) thanking me for bringing my vehicle and asked if there was anything else with my vehicle I need serviced.
