First of all, I love my Kia Soul, but when I go to the dealership for service, I feel like my car and I are given the best service! They do a very thorough job and they couldn’t be any nicer! No hassles, ever!

The worst experience of my life!!! Do not ever buy a car from these people they are liars and they twist and manipulate everything and completely screwed my dad and myself!! I will never buy from them again and will highly advise everyone to go elsewhere!! Absolutely horrible people!! One star is too high of a rating for them..

These people are dishonest. They switched names on a loan and won't fix it. DO NOT BUY from Kia North Olmsted!
RecommendedMy daughter purchased a 2018 Kia Rio on June 10 and I leased a Kia Soul on June 9. My salesman was Arnaldo Rivera who was very courteous and did an excellent job of explaining the process. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Friendly, knowledgeable salesman who made sure we had all the information necessary about our purchase, and a service team which demonstrated that customer courtesy is a real thing and top priority at Halleen KIA - even though we had to wait a while before the deal was completed, we were made very comfortable and welcome. Plus we got a really great deal on a 2015 KIA Soul which made facing a car payment again after several years MUCH less traumatic and stressful. Great experience all around!
