I went in yesterday after making a VIP appointment with Lori who was delightful to speak with and was greeted by Alejandro who was just amazing! I knew what I wanted so he said I made this the easiest sale ever! Justin had our paperwork done and we were in and out! I will always use this dealership! Now to enjoy my new Sedona! Well 2 weeks ago today, our daughter Sarah got her new car, signed everything and got insurance. Today, out of the blue, Jay from Kia North Olmsted texted her 3 times AND called her 3 times while she was at work today saying her credit did not go through and she needs to return her car.....after they cashed her check and she signed the title over to them on her trade in. I purchased a 100,000 extended warranty plan (in 2014-used car), your finance manager put it in the computer as a 60,000. I went use the warranty and the warranty company told me your finance manager put it in the computer as a 60,000 mile extended warranty. So yesterday my cousin and I stop in to see what kind of sign and drive deals this dealership had for the weekend. Big mistake!! First of all the salesman didn't tell us his name, he was very condescending and acted like he really didn't want to deal with us.
