Went in to chat about getting a Kia Sorento. Wasn't sure if I wanted to lease or buy. When I walked in, Marshall looked annoyed. He poorly introduced himself (he chugged his pop as he said his name and I had to ask him to repeat himself) he seemed upset about having to speak with me. When I told him what I was looking to buy and what I wanted my payments to be at, he laughed at me and said "Go look at the Kia Souls." Wasn't planning on buying a car as soon as I did. But had a decent offer from Jay. I LOVE my Chestnut Rio. I wished I would've asked about the $25 gift card since I took a test drive! � The only thing I'm concerned about is the finance company I was given. I haven't read any good things about them. � Scares me a little bit.

Halleen Kia, they had amazing staff like Mike and Justin but we had a couple of other people who were completely shady. They said a bank would not okay us and we was putting 1000 down at first it went to that in a month to us having to pay for the entire car cause we was tired of the bullshit. When we was in the process of get a Kia Soul, we had a guy named Oleg taking care of us.. he was beyond shady and you could not understand him at all. Hakeem Kia sold my daughter a 2013 Optima yesterday and I couldn't be happier ! We had an excellent salesman Martial Lester! I was referred to him and I see why! We were there for awhile but he pulled out the red carpet for us to make us comfortable!! The Finance person Charles was awesome also . May God bless them both!! I'm planning on going back sometime this year and buy me a car!!

I would never recommend Halleen Kia to anyone after what happened to me.I am very diappointed,hurt and upset.I brought a used car more like a lemon and the only ones who suffer are my children and I.....I am a single mother of two and trusted Halleen Kia thinking I was sold a car that would be reliable instead not even 7 months later I am having to put a new transmission????? Its a used car thats what happens with used cars is what I was told by the manager...... I struggle living pay check to pay check to provide for my kid... read more
