When leasing a car make sure you check on all fees. Was not aware of a disposition fee plus taxes. Just got a bill for $427.00. Leased several cars from them. Just leased a van from them a few months before we turn in the vehicle were being charged this fee for . After my lease is up don't think I will be leasing from them again

I highly recommend Halleen Kia in North Olmsted on Lorain road if you're looking to buy a car! I bought a 2006 Colbolt SS from them and a little after a month of owning the car I was already experiencing problems ... My warranty for 1000 miles was up and gave them a call anyway, they ended up paying for all the diagnostics and even after that paid for all the repairs! I am just so sick of dealing with car problems and this was such a huge relief.

Went in for first-time service and oil change on my 2015 Soul, also had the 2014 Sorento for final oil change before lease end, and drove off leaving the Sorento behind, in our brand new, just arrived on the lot, 2016 Sportage! This car was so new, we had to wait for them to give it a stock number and enter it into inventory! Extremely disappointed! Bought a 2009 Kia brand new, cash. Still has under 60k miles and the back hatch doesn't open or unlock, radio stopped working etc. This car has been well cared for and after referring 3 other family members who bought a Kia here I expected at least a free diagnosis. They refuse to help & obviously don't care to keep my business. I litterly can't change my burned out taillight because back won't open. Purchased 2012 sorento. Never made promised 32 mpg. Now after Kia certified mechanics did regular oil change engine blew. Less than a quart of oil. Their loophole is owners manual states to check oil every fill up. Wonder if their distracted techs are ever drug tested
