Efficient - no gouging (getting a customer to pay for more work than what they came in for). I was disappointed in that, besides my oil change, I asked to have service personnel untwist my drivers seat belt, as it’s twisted one rotation - and it didn’t get fixed. A small thing, but . . .

The gentleman from Service was so nice. He walked me to my car when I was finished I thought that was amazing. I was done much sooner than we had anticipated in the beginning which was nice. They did a great job I will definitely go back to them in the future.
I recommend everything about Halleen Kia! My experiences here are always wonderful and the staff is nice enough to let me bring my friendly, yet very needy pooch in every time I need an oil change so it’s hardly an inconvenience for me to take care of my car regularly.
