I have never had such horrible service experience like i do at this location. I went in for an oil change bc my oil pump pressure was on my dashboard, which is a huge concern and they did an oil change which is fine but they told me to drive 1000 miles and come back so they can check my oil pressure which i did that, and they told me once again to drive another 1000 miles. not to mention they did ask me to go to the places i got my for oil change done previously they wanted all records of that so i went to those places and g... read more

My partner and I took our 2016 Kia Soul in for service. The car has only been serviced by this dealership where it was bought new in Jan of 2016. The car currently has less than 50k on it. A service appointment was made for 9am, we dropped off the car for a oil change and to have the emergency braked checked. we received a call around 2 pm (remember scheduled appointment at 9am) With a proposed repair, over $1500.00 . during the call we were told that a ball joint needed replaced. went in to look for a vehicle and trade in. they highly undervalued my vehicle and told me I had negative equity. I found another dealership who gave me the 6,000 positive equity that was fair. do not step foot in this dealership unless you want to get screwed!
RecommendedNick p was great! Very patient and helpful with different opinions available. Knows the models and trims very well! No pressure either. Life has enough pressures, why deal with that while car shopping!

Halleen Kia is advertising that they will double your down payment on ANY new Kia but when I inquired about buying a new Telluride they indicated it was not applicable to the Telluride. They apologized but would not honor the advertised offer. False advertising!
Very terrible place to buy a car was approved online then received a phone also being approved was set an appointment got off work went straight there still in my work clothes walked in told guy I had a appointment he tells me to have a seat and said can I be honest here you won't be able to afford a car here never took any info check my credit or pay stubs nothing at all made me feel horrible got a text a freaking text after complaint from a Eric who claimed he would check my file and get back to me what file ? I attempted to lease a 2013 Kia Sportage advertised as $156/mo with $2000 down. I had a clear titled 2013 Kia Soul to trade in valued at $5000-$6000. I know there is tax, fees, etc. added on coming to a $224 payment. I accepted a $224 w/$2000 down and a check to me for $3500 putting the trade in value at $5500. This is the deal I was offered and I signed off on.
