Repeated attempts to repair my panoramic roof leaving me with a continuing problem. The piece of plastic molding they replaced failed and came loose 2 days after leaving the dealer. Now I am wasting more time having to schedule an additional appointment to get it fixed, and now need to find a vehicle to get me to and from work.
They are a bunch of crooks at the North Olmsted location.. Had a catalay converter replaced that 6month later failed because they failed to diagnose it.. Then when I went back they said it was something else going on that was making it fail.. but would not diagnose it on their dime..nor repair it because my warranty ran out.... So I took it to Corporate.. They were rude, unprofessional... I then found out they tripled charged me plus the parts they did put in were not Kia parts...
