Stopped in for service on my Jeep Gladiator and I couldn't have had a more pleasant experience. Kasey Prass met me with a smile at the car door as soon as I turned off my vehicle. We discussed service needed, and she was upfront with pricing, no surprises! A few additional items needed to be addressed after diagnostics, and Kasey informed me of the expected additional time duration, and asked if I needed a shuttle. Jeff always takes care of me and super friendly. He is always friendly and let me know if there is anything needed to keep my car in to shape.
Phil truly is the greatest service manager one could ask for. He is trustworthy and always goes above and beyond to take care of me. He is knowledgeable and trustworthy and I can always rely on him.
The only good thing about this place is veronica and phil that work in the service department here. Absolutely incredible work by them both. I will only be taking my truck here :)
