The sales person was the only good experience I had here. Once I went back to the financing department the guy was rude and didn't explain nothing to me. First time buying a car and he screwed me over. Never told me the final cost of the car asked who I wanted to finance through. I will never go back to this dealership or even another hall location to buy cars in the future. I always take my Hyundai to Halls on Jefferson mostly because of Brenda Messer in the service department. SHE IS THE GREATEST employee they have. I feel like I am greeting a friend every time I go there.

I had a pretty bad experience with another local car dealership the day before I went to Hall, so I wasn't expecting the welcome I received when I walked in. First, the people at the front desk actually knew who I was and who I was there to see. That pretty much set the tone at that moment. Then Lisa Bollhorst introduced herself and she and James (Finance) went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted. Hall Hyundai is the most wonderful car dealership that I have ever been too, I have purchased all the car that I have owned from Hall Hyundai. The people there are so kind and very helpful, they treat you like family. I think I'm finished. To add to the many issues I have already had, I am currently sitting in the waiting room listening to inappropriate music. The "F" word, the "N" word, the "B" word. It's 8am...completely disgusted as a customer.
