Fast service and knowledgeable mechanics.
Finally got under my car (still under warranty) last week to put it back together. It hasn't stayed in 5th gear since Hall Hyundai originally work on it 2 years ago. After 4 or 5 week long stays attempting to get it fixed and a denied warranty claim this is what I've found
Look everyone... I know I posted 3yrs ago about how excellent Hall dealerships are.. well 3 months ago I purchased yet another vehicle from Hall... totaling 5 vehicles from a Hall dealership, this time again from Hall Hyundai... and had to have service done to it today. Working with the guys here at hall Hyundai was nothing but amazing. They are like another set of family! They make sure you are well taken care of and im truly satisfied with my service! Thanks John, Chris, and all the guys for making my first time buyer experience nothing less than great!
Their service department is just outstanding! Work is accomplished quickly, efficiently, and at a reasonable rate. On a recent visit, for “recall” work, another issue was discovered. This would be covered by warranty, so it cost me nothing, but I didn’t know until the service representative told me. Certainly will be where I return, when it’s time for a new/preowned vehicle. Thank you.
They charged me the correct tires for my vehicle but put the wrong ones on which turned out to be unsafe for my vehicle. I didn’t find out until I got a flat and tried to replace the tire. The tires were fairly new. They did ABSOLUTELY nothing to remedy this. I took my business and money to discount tires in Williamsburg and will NEVER go to another dealer again. I’ve ALWAYS dealt with dealers but no longer trust them.
Great service good people
Customer service is good but the service department could use some adjustments but will have to give credit for today service on getting my SUV inspected only took about twenty minutes.
