I would like to start with I’m a first time buyer with Hyundai and also last time buyer with. I seen they had added on their LoJack. I told them I did not want the LoJack and I would like that price taken off because that is not something I’m interested in. The finance manager said I had to keep it on there because it was already preinstalled on the vehicle. Complaint : I recently had my car serviced (8/21/24 pick up). I was told that I needed a new ignition & that the same ignition was in stock. When I came to pick up my car, I had a different ignition which has it own keys. I now have my old key to open the door & the different regular keys to start the car (not smart key or smart ignition that I had prior). Technician was not transparent when I mentioned this to the person who took my payment my concerns were disregarded.

This place is a joke. The USB they give you your paperwork on (the important paperwork like your contract and buyers order) is BLANK. Needed a part replaced that was under warranty, they never got it in. They call and send mail monthly begging you to buy a new car, but refuse to fix warranty covered issues. Told me I purchased an extend warranty, but it only covered 30k miles- what’s “extended” about that?

I went in for maintenance, an oil change and tire rotation. When I dropped my car off at 10 am they asked when i’d need it ready by. I asked if 12 would be enough time and they said that should be fine. I called around 12, they said it wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be for a while. I called again at one and they said it’s almost ready so I went to get it. I get there a little after one and it’s not ready still. When there for a 2020 Santa fe sel, sale guy send pics of it. Got a quote and test drive the same Santa fe that was send in the pics. Love it and they did a bait and switch. The pics and test drive wasn't for the Santa fe sel that I wanted for ($31000). It was for a Santa fe limited 2.0T for ($41000). The manager on duty Alyssa was very disrespectful.

Great Service Department, but terrible customer service from the operators who answer their phones. Good luck getting connected over to the Service Department. A lot of finger pointing when calls finally do get returned...weeks later.

Very dishonest salespeople! What a nightmare for us! Fresh out of bankruptcy and we were sold a vehicle that was traded in, that day, and because of covid, we were unable to test drive the car. 2 days after the purchase, we drove it, and the passenger side rear tire was very unstable. I went to the dealership, as well as called and left messages, with NO return communication. Called the dealership at 1pm got there at 2 the car I asked for was waiting for me. The process was quick and easy. Justin and everyone that worked with my husband and I today was AWESOME! I can’t thank them enough, todays experience was nothing short of amazing. Thanks again can’t wait to do business with you all again.
