EXCELLENT!!!!!! I have purchased a vehicle from both Hall Hyundai (Newport News) and from Hall Jeep Chrysler (Chesapeake) and have had excellent service from both dealerships. John and Danny from Hyundai and Kris from Jeep were very patient with the sale/paperwork of the car which was going to be titled in another state. I have always had great service when taking in our vehicles for servicing. Couldn't as for a better dealership.
I just bought a 2015 Santa Fe Sport and I love it. I want to thank my salesman and Kris Platon for showing me how to work all my new extras. The sales staff, financing and manager was super nice and we got a fantastic deal. I came from Williamsburg to make a great deal. I love my car and am so happy with Hall Hyuandai in Newport News. Had the best experience ever buying our brand new Hyundai Elantra 2015 at Hall Hyundai this Saturday. It's hard to believe we walked in and walked out owning a new car! Everyone was kind, helpful, and wanted to make sure we were happy as well. My first car was a Hyundai Accent bought at this location 10 years ago and now I'm the proud owner of Hyundai Elantra.
