Dropped car off for warranty work. Work was done when promised. Service was good.
Today I purchased my first car by self. Paul Jones,Jr. & his sales manager, Nick made this a very good experience for me. They treated me with such respect & worked very hard to get me in the car I wanted & stay within my budget. I will recommend Paul to everyone I know. Nick, Jim, Lindale and Toney were awesome to work with! We have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership and every time was pleasant. Love working with them :-) The service department is amazingly helpful and friendly EVERY time we go in for service! They are true professionals in every aspect and make you feel like family! These people should be out of business. All you hear is about how they care about their customers. That is BS. They didn't want to fix our car, was rude and very unprofessional and when they do fix your car it is piss poor work. They do not know how to fix cars and they will rip you off. Do not go to this place. Drive the extra miles to Virginia where their employees are professional and treat their customers like they should. This place is a joke.
