Totally a bunch of Idiots that work back in the Garage. They would of gotten a negative star if it was a option. So unhappy with the way they have taken care of my 2016 F150. Time to talk to the GM and then go visit corporate off.

The entire process is a breeze. Email reminders, so I don't forget, friendly advisors (Amanda), but really all of them. Management is Great, Service Department and Technicians couldn't be more informative and explain things. Always leave knowing my car is 100% and I'm safe on the roads with their help!
very pleased with service department. they didn't do windshield treatment last visit.i don't remember if I reminded them .
My car was running poorly and I suspected it was the powertrain control module but wanted the dealer to confirm it before I purchased another one I was told the price would be 69 dollars but recieved a call from them saying they would have to go in it a little further and jacked the price up to 139 You would think that with the multi million dollar equipment at their disposal they could figure it out the first time without MILKING the customer for more money This place does not impress me at all
