I have four Fords and have all of them serviced at Hall Hyundai Elizabeth City. The service has always been great and all of the people there are more than happy to go t he extra mile to make sure your visit is pleasant and your vehicle is serviced properly.
Service department has no clue what they are doing and Chuck lied to me about what was going on with the codes. Wanted to tear my engine apart and charged me $80 and said they had no idea what was wrong. Took my F150 to another dealership and fixed in two hours and pulled code that Chuck said was impossible. Never going back.

Great dealership. Was paired with this dealership via USAA Car Buying Service and the they were able to beat the guaranteed price of USAA with their internet price and also gave me an additional $500 off of that. I was able to get a 2018 Elantra Sport within the budget I wanted (my first brand new car in 14 years). Great people who I’ve been dealing with for the last 3 years and I can’t complain at all.
Always prompt polite service at Halls. The appointment took longer than I was told by the manufacturer for the recall but it wasn't excessive. The waiting area is comfortable and has an accessible WiFi connection so it's all good. The on-line scheduling application didn't work as well as making a phone call. I've had several appointments with Hall over the last 3 years. No complaints.
