. I brought my 2013 Honda CRV in to be service on 4/19/2021 to be serviced at Gregg Orr Honda of Hot Springs, a salesman Brian Sharrock approached me saying he would buy my car. And to add, Honda of Bemidji and the Bemidji Chrysler Center refused to refund me the cost of my remaining 2 oil changes from a 4 oil change package which I purchased from them earlier because I won't have them ever touch my vehicle again. And their corporate offices, both FCA and Honda, are just as bad! I won't purchase any vehicle made by these two brands ever again! This is THE worst dealership and service center in Bemidji, probably in the nation! More than once, they lied to me, told me stuff was wrong with my vehicle when that wasn't the case. Finally, I quit them after they told me that my vehicle needed a $5,000 fix, and then they told me that they didn't even recommended putting the $5,000 into the vehicle because the frame of the vehicle had barely any life remaining in it! Bought a Audi Q5 From them in Feb by March it had been over filled with oil cause massive pressure and catastrophic engine failure and they would not guarantee within the 5-day warranty. Do not I repeat do not buy a car from there

Today, Damon charged me over $200, and took an hour and 20 minutes, to make two copies of my car key. Car keys. Tiny pieces of plastic and metal. Do not use these people, ever. They will rip you off every time.

We bought an extended warranty on a new Honda Civic from Buerkle Honda in White Bear Lake. The air conditioning went out and was covered by the warranty. We've been trying since July 2019 to get reimbursed for the claim. The Honda warranty program is reporting they sent the check to Buerkle Honda White Bear Lake in June 14, 2019. We still haven't been reimbursed after many phone conversations with both the warranty program and Buerkle Honda White Bear Lake.
