They ran over me in my brand new car. They asked for a test drive and I said yes then they proceeded to go 90 mph over my brittle body.
my wife had an 09:30 appoint. for an oil change today 7/16/2021. she was on time it is now11:23 and the just started on the car. The service dept. has gone down hill since we first car this is car # 5 and i think our last from garden state honda.
I went for a standard service B1 (oil change, tire rotation) service today. When I scheduled the appointment, I was assured this would only take 60 to 90 minutes as I needed to leave for military duty this afternoon and could schedule it earlier if necessary. The worst of the worst They lie just to pacify you. Pat, the manager, needs to make sure his salesmen are telling the truth. I should have known better. Keyes Honda dealership @ Van Nuys is the most terrible place to deal with the most unethical staff ever that I have ever seen and experienced within my life. I flight from Sacramento to LA after about 5 days of back and forth communication with the sales person (Farid), and he didn't mention any extra fees and charges. After I met him, he told me that the car comes with (Protection Package) although it comes without a floor mat either.
