I came all the way from California for a used 2008 GMC Sierra 2500HD. The customer service and experience with Luis the sales rep was unmatched by any dealer or salesmen I have ever dealt with. He was straight forward, honest and genuine. He took video of the truck for us before we came to sales price agreement. Took photos when I wanted them. He did it all! Not only were they great with us but everything was simple. They even sent us cookies and a calendar with our family picture afterwards as a thank you. I have bought two vehicles from Hall and Buick GMC they are always THE BEST! This morning I took my car in to get a minor repair, thinking it might take several hours, but it was ready in about two hours—and had been washed and vacuumed! Absolutely AWESOME service!! ❤️
I brought my F-250 into Hall because I had been rear-ended and needed my bumper replaced as well as a few other parts on the back. I dropped it off at about 4 yesterday and they were finished by about noon today. Super satisfied with the timeliness and quality of the work done and they even gave my truck a much needed cleaning!
I purchased my vehicle in 2016 from Hall. It was a joyful stress less process with them. I recently had an issue on my vehicle in which my warranty had just ran out and Hall called GM on my behalf and helped me tremendously on this matter. I will definitely recommend Hall Buick GMC in the future.
