RecommendedI love leaving positive reviews, and this company deserves one! I just want to say that buying a car at this dealership was such a pleasant experience. Not once did I feel pressured to buy a vehicle out of my budget, and the salesman, Taylor, was so very helpful. He made the car buying process easy and fun! We will definitely refer everyone to this dealership.
Check in was great, especially process for loaner to drive while mine was serviced. Everyone was courteous, explained where they were at in the service time and process. Surprised me with a vehicle wash as well!!
We bought a car a year ago with the help of a man who is more than just a car salesman...his name is German Flores. When we had problems with the car he went out of his way to help us. The service team is wonderful too...a big thank you to Robert Mendoza! This is the first time a car dealership made us feel like they really cared about US and we were not just another sale. They have our business for the rest of our lives!
Buyer beware!!! I was to be the co singer on a loan and come to find out this car lot has put me as a buyer of a car... when I called and questioned why it was in my name I found out they changed the paperwork and put me first on the loan... there response was pretty much you singed it, it’s done!
