We were out of town for 5 years. These folks took good care of us while we were away. We got quick responses or at least acknowledgements when things weren't resolvable immediately. They found quality tenants every year. Repairs were made where necessary we are satisfied with how things were done.
The leasing agent, though, initially seemed pretty welcoming, didn’t respond timely and would just go MIA after every text. Won’t recommend.

We’ve used Halifax Quality Homes to manage our property for the last 6 years. They have been wonderful! Really responsive, taking care of every issue in a timely manner, and ensuring that our property maintained a tenant throughout the rental period. Would happily use them again.
The service provided by HQH, most notably by Deborah McNair, has been outstanding. It was such a relief to know I could count on her to resolve any issue that occasionally came up during my 7 years as a tenant - and do so with speed and effectively. Not only does HQH clearly have a roster of high quality, reliable service people who will solve any issue (from wasps nests to plumbing ) but Deborah made sure that they came promptly.
