Beware of this company. 2 months before our lease expired, I was threatened with being kicked out if I didn't sign a new lease by the end of the week. Threats & real estate don't work well together, the province should look into their practices.

I recently rented a condo via Halifax Quality Homes, and was hugely impressed with the quality and level of service. Sue Belliveau was extremely helpful in arranging last-minute in-person and virtual viewings, while Donna Fardy could not have been more prompt, informative, and incisive throughout the application process and beyond. Most of all, I always felt like I was dealing with real people who cared, about both the property owner and incoming tenant. Highly recommend!

I wish we could give negative stars. If i coukd rate 1 star twice I would. Maybe I'll start making backup accounts. My agent Kimberly so kindly gave me shit about cleaning under the stove and fridge. I told her they weren't clean when we moved in. In fact we found the old tenants cat toys under the stove. Today I found the owner, Mitchell Wells' mail under the fridge. Towards the end of the term they didn’t put as much effort as when they started managing it. Working with them was below expectation. After the inspection we did, it is clear to us no one from Quality Homes was present at the final inspection. They didn’t manage the exit of the tenants properly, let the pictures speak for themselves. This is not the service we paid for and outside their one yearly inspection, it is clear that our monthly fees were not being put to any use.
