Our Salesman (Shady Kay) was fantastic. I am 67 years old and have bought several cars over the years - can honestly say Haley Chevrolet provided the BEST new car shopping experience I've ever encountered!! If you are in the market for a new or used car I would highly recommend this dealer.
Terrible. Used car, 2009, Chevy Impala. Before it was put out to sell, changed 3 of the 4 tires. One wiper. Had to take it back more than once for balancing problems, defrost, fan blower. Service techs told me GM and others push the cars out with little to no improvements to hurry and sell. After 110 days, I had to get a battery. Touch ups we're never done. Lady works on Wednesday for a bit. Saleman was a good guy. Should have done my homework, but going here I thought was good. Big mistake.
I recently purchased a used traverse from Corey Chapman and had a great buying experience. The only downside was one of the tires would not hold air pressure but I brought it back, he had them put a new tire on, and I was out of there in just over an hour.
My wife and I bought a used car at Haley. Shady Kay helped us with the test drive and negotiated our transaction, addressing all our concerns with the help of his manager, Mickey. The car was very well prepared, and we are completely satisfied with it. A special shout out to Blair, who handled our closing paperwork under a time constraint. Got my very first car without anyone else name or cosigner needed.. Mint Chevy Spark i saw online and came in today just to look.. i drove away with exactly what I wanted! Shady was the biggest help!
