We got a great deal on our trade in and on the price of a Chevrolet Silverado! Our salesman Derrick was awesome and got us what we wanted and needed!
An hour n 30 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. Even the gentleman at the desk tells me himself I'm here longer than I should be, but it will be done right. Seriously. I'm looking at 2 hrs for it to be right.
Worst Customer Service Ever! Vehicle has been in service for two weeks waiting on a "part" that they can't give the name of it and because it is in warranty! As of today I have gotten ZERO call from service department for an update. No loaner car to offer and my vehicle under warranty! This shop needs to LEARN and UNDERSTANDING the concept of Customer Service that is promised and advocated by GMC!
