As much time as I have spent complaining about dealers and their pricing over the years I have to throw a plug-in. I recently bought a Suburban and the key I had just didn't work very well. It was probably a copy of a copy. I went to the dealer to get a VIN code key cut. To my utter amazement it cost me less than getting a copy made of a chip key at a hardware store. Great service! It's where I bought my car, and where I go to keep it maintained. They offer shuttle service, but I decided to hang out in their comfortable waiting area for my most recent visit. The friendly staff offered me cookies while I waited, and my vehicle was ready earlier than predicted. I was notified via text when the technician began working, and the consultant even came outside to find where I'd wandered off to when everything was finished. The customer service is great. Nowadays, this is hard to come by.
Paul Schartiger greeted us when we drove into the lot.He was patience, friendly and helpful. He answered all our questions and made us comfortable while we waited. Mannie was great he searched and provided us with the best financing. Haley is the place to go with excellent customer service.

To make a long story short my Malibu was in the service department for nearly a month for a repair that they told me would take a week. It wasn't completed to my satisfaction the first time and needed to go back for a second attempt.
