My husband and I just left because no one approached us to help: this isthe second time this has happened. We're headed to Short Pump to see if we can find a truck like the one we wanted to purchase. They just lost a sale.

RecommendedTravis in the sales department is great and Troy and Pat are wonderful to deal with in the service department. My son didn't have a good experience there in December, so I wasn't sure how things were going to work for me, but I was pleasantly surprised. I will go back again for service.

It was a pleasant experience buying a vehicle at Haley Chevrolet. With my husband being disabled, he couldn't walk around to look at vehicles so my husband told the salesman what he was interested in so that brought a vehicle out to him which happened to be what he wanted. All employees were accommodating as we purchased the vehicle!

Everyone that we worked with was great to work with. Sales, Sales Manager, Trade manager, and Finance Manager. The customer service was outstanding!
