Honestly expected a bit more as far as organization. New payment methods will eventually be good, just right now not up to par with say Firestone. Still having issues with the recall adjustment on my brakes, that is a huge safety concern. I love my Tahoe, that part just scares me since my family and I ride in it majority of the time when we travel. Hopefully Chevy will step up on this one. The people there are awesome, just not satisfied with what I got for $2,000.
My friend who recently moved to the area had her check engine lamp come on in her car, and brought it to this dealership. Jason grubbs and the tech in the service department were able to get her car in and out within a day. Being a Gm service tech, I called being that naggy customer because I've always done the services to her car but no longer can due to her job, just to be certain they took care of her unlike most other places. They were super busy , but they got me in and out quick! Aaron lowery was on the ball ! She is awesome ! Every time I come there she’s friendly and very professional !
They began servicing my fleet van when they were in Powhatan. I had been unsatisfied with the several other service center’s work. One time at Haley and I never went anywhere else. They are a superior service center and keep my van in excellent condition.
Barry Flora worked hard so that I could drive away in a new 2019 Chevrolet Trax Premier. He is very curious, respectful, helpful, professional and patient.
