Great school!
The best place to go to school! The instructors are so understanding and sweet; the new instructors are doing amazing and will be such great support to the hairitage team. I am sad to go!
Didn't get a chance to decide on the quality of the students. Rather, I made an appointment, drove 15 minutes, checked in 10 minutes early and then sat there for 20 minutes before I realized that it was now after my scheduled appointment time. After a few more minutes one of the instructors (I assume?) told me the girl I had scheduled with had called in sick. I absolutely love this school! I was worried at first, that my hair would be ruined because most salons that I have gone to have turned my hair orange or they fried my hair! I asked for Platinum blonde and it is absolutely beautiful and healthy after my visit. I did have to return a week later,(after 2 washes) in order to have my hair toned better, but it was because my hair wouldn't pick up the toner on the same day as bleaching. My wife had her hair done by Jayden and loved it. Jayden and her instructor worked together on a difficult color weave. It looks very natural - even as it is growing out! Jayden had a very sweet and patient manner and explored all the options for hair color. We both will be going to Jayden when we need our hair trimmed, cut and colored!
Jayden Hellewell is the most talented person I have ever had do my hair. She knows how to cut my hair even when I can't explain it right and she is a gifted color artist. She is patient and has put several tones of color, including some fun purple in my hair! I really recommend her. Jayden can also cut my son's hair in the best current men's fashions. She does so much better than anywhere else I've ever taken him and she knows what products to recommend for his stubborn hair.The school is great too! The instructors are very ... read more
My sister in law and I went in for our appointments today. I won't mention any names but the girl at the front desk was nice, got our info and called the 2 girls that were suppose to cut our hair. When they came, they clearly did not hide their lack of enthusiasm to service us. There was a good minute of going back and forth between the front desk person and them saying they had to be somewhere else. Horrible place! Students have no idea what they're doing and they'll hack your hair and tell you it's your hairs fault. If you say anything to disagree, they become abusive.
