Made an appointment for 3/30/2021- appointment was for 5:45. I got there a little earlier to be on time. Then the wait started: 6:30 pm and I was still waiting there. And I finally had to ask if I could get an idea of when they would cut my hair because they close at 7. At least tell me when I check-in that there is a hour or more delay.
