Waited for over an hour with only 2 people ahead of us only for them to refuse to cut my daughter's hair. We won't be back.
I got my haircut there a few weeks ago, last minute, like an hour before closing after getting my engagement pictures taken. I had a lot of hair and I was tired of dealing with the tangles. I came in and had Aubrey as my stylist, she was so pleasant and friendly and made good conversation. She was very knowledgeable and helped me choose a style that was good for me and executed it flawlessly within 10 minutes. Even though I live in Gary, I'll be coming to see Aubrey for my haircuts from now on.

about 6 months of hair treatments and my hair is still fried and broken. never get your hair bleached here. my hair melted off with the foils. my once long, thickish hair, is now a little longer than shoulder length due to breakage.
Do not take your children here if they are special needs you and your child will be belittled. I called and spoke to a manager regarding situation ,she said she would call me back never heard from her.
