my 12yr old daughter had her first hair coloring today by katie and she was absolutely amazing! took her time and explained everything to us. i would highly recommend her and all the stylists were friendly there. i would go there for sure if you need a cut style or color! and katie rocks!!!!
A cut and a color!! You know hair salon stuff🙄 maybe some attention to the client instead of her home life and children? Long story short, I had to go back to have the color fixed,it was three different colors,the cut needs fixed as well ,after she done the color she advised mr that I wouldn't be happy with anything she had done which wasn't true,she fixed the color I wanted her to tweek the cut alittle,that's when she told me I wouldn't be happy with anything she done,I left after that,over it HC is a joke ! RecommendedKelli is absolutely the best! I've never requested a stylist before, it just never mattered. But now I ONLY go to Kelli b/c she does an awesome job, my hair looks great - I always get compliments after a cut now, she's quick, and obviously takes joy in what she does. I drive past 2 other Hair Cuttery locations in order to get my hair cut in Portage. Totally worth it!!

I haven't touched my hair with dye in nearly two years and before that, even longer. It was my first time there today and I get a little paranoid when it comes to my hair, but Kaysey did a fantastic job! She made my dark brown hair famously lighter. It looks so natural I couldn't be happier!
I took my almost 2 year old son here and they were so great with him. Got his hair cut and it looked awesome even though he wasn’t cooperating most of the time lol. Highly recommend they are so nice!
