Update: another week and still no refund as promised My daughter went to this location the day before she moved away for college. They destroyed her hair and left her in tears. They promised a refund, but that was two months ago . I called back two weeks after as the refund had not shown up, the manager said she was sorry it must have been because there was a change in regional management. Her mother approved it. They came to you. Explained what she wanted then were both questioned and made to feel like the decisions they made were not up to par.
