Trendy but all around poor service – I have gone to Hair Benders for two years now. I have seen about 5 different people in hopes I would find someone who was really good. I also have medium brown hair and it always turns out orange. I have found that they over process my hair and now it appears fried. The last visit I had my hair lightened and the person had the worst customer service I have ever experienced and totally messed my hair up. It was very orange and dried out. Best Hair Ever!! – Best Hair Salon in town! It is worth the drive, and if have to wait, who cares you are going to leave with great hair!
Continuous Disappointment – It's been one bad visit after another for over a year. Expect to wait 30-45 minutes from your appointment time to get started, along with getting shuffled from one person to the next for washing, drying, and styling. The highlights have been inconsistent, end up with an orangey look for my dark brown hair. The integrity of my hair has been overlooked and resulted in a frizzed overprocessed look.
