very professional salon – Hair Benders is one of the most professional salons I have ever been to. Voula is exceptional in her service. Any negative comments must be from ex-employees who didn't have what it takes to work there. Because --from what I have seen -only the best of the best make the cut. Exceptional. – I have lived in the Chattanooga area for almost 5 years now. My normal hairdresser moved away a year ago, and since then, I could not find anywhere that would give me the haircut and service I wanted. by far the best – I went to Hairbenders for 9 years and never saw anyone but Lily. She is awesome. Over the years that I went there, I would get compliments on my hair EVERYWHERE that I went. The only reason that I am still not going there is that I moved across the country. I have NEVER found comparable service. My hair looked amazing every single time that I left. Perfect place if you want to be looked down on and made to feel inferior. – I have never been to hair benders, but now after reading the that review I am certain I will not go. It seems to like a stuck up ignorant teenager wrote that review. No respectable person would right those things.
voted best salon for 7 years in a row – Once you come to HBI for the first time you will know why they have been voted chattanooga's BEST for 7 years on a row. Great Hair Color and Cut every time!!! – I've been coming to HBI for 4 years. I have been to salons all over the country and am very high maintenance when it comes to my hair. HBI is the only salon that gets it right every time. They are trained by the best and all their staff has in salon training for over a year before they are able to take clients. great customer service – I have been going to Hair Benders for 7 years and I have tried only 2 hair stylist and they are both great. If I can't get one I can always depend on the other.I have had my hair done in Dalton, ga before because I wasn't able to get an appointment at Hair Benders and I made myself a promise that I would never do that again because my hair was so fried and did not look good at all. Make appt. in early morning on Tues. or Wed. if possible. Beth is great!!!!! – I have been coming to Hairbenders for over 10 years and have used only 3 stylists there.
