This salon gave me a very pleasant experience. I went for a haircut and light styling, and the stylist did an excellent job. They listened carefully to what I wanted and also suggested small improvements that made the final look better. The haircut was natural, neat, and easy to maintain. The staff was friendly and ensured I felt comfortable throughout the visit. The salon environment was clean, calm, and relaxing. Overall, it was a satisfying experience with good service quality.

I’m writing this review to share my experience so others can make informed decisions. First, I was asked to send a $100 deposit via Zelle, which should have been a red flag. When I arrived for my 10:30 AM appointment, already washed and blow-dried, I waited in the chair for nearly 2–3 hours before being seen. Sandra needs to be fired for what she did to joys hair! If you come to this alone do not see sandra in fact just run from this place . This is what they did to joys hair, and when she said she was not happy the owner left her rude voice texts, he was so unprofessional!

This salon is welcoming and friendly. Sandra cut my hair and it turned out exactly how I wanted. She is a perfectionist and made me feel beautiful! Definitely will make another appointment in the future.
