Sold my home in ********** earlier this year. Interviewed a couple of different agents and contacted an iBuyer who advertises here in town (who gave me a lowball offer) but ultimately went with Hague Partners because they were the only ones offering a plan (premarketing and a launch date of showings to drive interest) different than the other agents I interviewed from more traditional firms. Where do i even start? Well, i was really hoping that Hague partners and their employee ************************* would have been loyal and trustworthy but i find that not to be the case. I had my agent reach out to ***************** and asked to walk a property he had for sale. He then told our agent we need to submit an offer in writing to walk the property that day and that will negate the bidding war and the open house on the weekend. My husband and I met with Arnold from Hague Partners. He advised us that the house would be advertised for 10 days prior to the showing and would be placed on the market at an appropriate price the day before the planned showing depending on several factors that would be tracked through the pre-sale algorithm. **** or Axel of this place has been told not just once but at least 5 times by myself and my husband that we are not interested in their business and they continue to contact us. This is harassment. I am writing this review due to we were promised a bidding war that never happen and was told that we would have 1 open house and that it would start the bidding war and it never happen only had two people show and than was inconvenience two times to have someone come look again at the house an never got to the asking price that we wanted had to pull our house off of the market. So everything that was promise to us never happen.so just be very careful it all sounds great but they never follow up.

Our representative was able to present ****************** with a full price offer (we are happy to provide the purchase agreement), even with the complications of leased solar and no landscaping on the property. After multiple failed attempts to contact ******************, she ultimately refused the offer without allowing our representative to counter and requested a cancellation which our representative complied with.
This business is a scam, they didn't put our house in front of a bunch of bidders like they claim to do. Instead they took the first low ball offer on our house, we lost over 10,000 on the sale of the house. Also the appointed realtor was terrible, he didn't tell us about certain things and it came to us by surprise from the buyers realtor. Everything was rushed, we were even told by the buyers realtor that we had a deadline to vacate or the police would be at our door to escort us off the property. Mr. *********was presentedwith an above market offer on his home, which he was thrilledto accept. He and his wife were happy with theprice and agreed to the closing date. We can prove that this sale price was above similar sales. Anyone who has sold a home knows a seller has no obligation to accept an offer. Somebody after the fact must be telling Mr. Hendricks he undersold the home (neighbors and friends sometimes do this). He did not, and we did everything right in this transaction.
