Disappointing experience. Non of what was promised in “elevator speech” of an agent has been delivered. The day before the showing the agent said he has 4 potential buyers, on the day of the showing there were 3 potential buyers. And only one buyer actually showed up. After this meaningless showing, the agent asked if he could bring people to show the place here and there. Doesn’t it defeat the purpose of 72sold and how they position themselves?
