Signed a marketing agreement and was told my house wouldnt be listed until after the marketing period. Found out it was listed in MLS with photos not approved by us that included private family photos. Plus date that the marketing was supposed to start stayed 6/29 yet it was up on MLS on 6/28. Asked for listing to be taken down. But listing not completely removed. Just temporarily removed.
A Realtor and 72 sold/ Hague Partners took my listing. Realtor and 72 sold made promises they couldn't fulfill and a week later I asked to be released from the listing. Realtor agreed. 3 days later now I'm filing a complaint. Realtor said there were issues with technology getting my pics uploaded for 7 days, they provided no follow up, I had to inform Realtor multiple times there was a problem, their broker couldn't give me a call, Realtor reassured multiple times I will be released from listing agreement. Contacted 72 Sold realtor in ******** *******....Was given a price for my home...just about $4000.00 more than a smaller neighbor's home was sold. My was to be sold furnished. I ask about six months in the home after closing and was told I did not qualify for that. My home was sold for the price set by the realtor....Never received "Thousand More" as the ** ad indicated. I will say the home sold in less than two weeks.******************************** ********, *******
